Quick answer

Buy for the next confirmed job or route requirement, not simply because a license appeared. Keep enough cash for weekly rent, electricity, parts and a failed marketplace purchase before committing to an expensive device family.

A license expands what the shop can accept, but it does not pay back on its own. The real return depends on job availability, parts already in storage, repair time and current selling values. Because current-build marketplace prices remain insufficiently sampled, this guide does not publish a fake “best license” ranking.

1

Protect operating cash

Reserve weekly costs and a parts buffer before buying. A license that leaves the shop unable to finish its first order is not progression.

2

Prefer a waiting customer

If a story contact or order already needs that family, the unlock has an immediate use instead of relying on random listings.

3

Pair the license with the right tool

Complex devices can require soldering, firmware or cleaning capacity. Check the tool and upgrade guide before spending the last of your cash.

Incomplete record

Robby's price is not confirmed.

Robby is associated with Baketsu in the available unlock records, but the cost is not reliable enough to publish. “Unknown” is more useful than an invented number: plan a cash buffer and read the in-game license screen when that route opens.

These prices were compiled from build 1.0.011r-era community data and cross-checked where playthrough speech supplied a second source. The site's official baseline is 1.0.013r, but we do not have an original current-build capture for every license screen. If the game shows a different number, trust the game and report it through the source ledger.
