Nony GoMan has 23 named assembly groups and 25 physical pieces. The paired Rewind Buttons and two AA batteries account for the extra pieces. Work slowly through the drive and tape-head stack before closing the side and back panels.
The recorded license cost is ¥46,000. The large piece count makes a browser-saved checklist useful, but this site does not claim it is the single largest device without a complete ranking capture.
Interactive checklist
Nony GoMan assembly order.
Where the source ledger groups minor fittings, this checklist does the same instead of inventing unsupported component names. Use the in-game preview inside each group.
Counting trap
23 names are 25 pieces.
Place both Rewind Buttons and both AA batteries. Those repetitions are the entire difference between the named-group count and physical-piece count.
Closure check
14 screws.
Drive Unit 2 + Drive Frame 1 + Tape Head 2 + Mainboard 2 + Sound Card 2 + Side Panel 2 + Back Panel 3 = 14.
Evidence
Source limits.
Counts and screw groups come from post-launch assembly research. This page clearly groups minor fittings that have not been independently captured name by name.
