Start from the Back Panel and Bottom Frame. Secure the motherboard and internal frame, then install memory, power, cable and disc drive. The Front Panel and Disc Drive Cover close the unit.
The recorded license cost is ¥71,000. Conflicting parts-cost totals in secondary sources mean this site does not claim the PlayMachine is the “most profitable” device.
Interactive checklist
Nony PlayMachine assembly order.
Trouble spot
The drive sits below both closing layers.
Install the loose Cable before the Disc Drive. The six-screw Front Panel follows the drive, then the two-screw Disc Drive Cover finishes the stack. If the cover will not place, inspect the drive orientation and confirm the Front Panel is already secured.
Closure check
20-screw total.
Motherboard 5 + frame 3 + memory slots 2 + power card 2 + front panel 6 + drive cover 2 = 20.
Evidence
Source status and economic caveat.
The assembly order comes from a post-launch guide. Secondary sources disagree on total parts cost, so no profit calculation is presented as fact.
